This very old prestige horse has a turbulent history: alternately a war mount then a trotting race horse, it is threatened of disappearing at the end of the 19th century because it was neglected for the heavy draft horse. Now protected, the Frisian is very appreciated for shows and movies because of its great elegance, its dress and its raised head wearing. The Frison measures between 1.55 m to 1.65 m at the withers, and can sometimes even reach 1.75 m. Horses and Ponies - Take a ride through fields with the Papo equines, participate in jumping competitions or even dressage classes.
