Klarna gives eligible customers flexible ways to pay at checkout. This page explains how Klarna works on Hipeon and where to find the official terms for your region.

About Klarna

We offer Klarna as a payment method to give you flexible ways to pay for your order. Klarna is a third-party payments provider. When you choose Klarna at checkout, your payment agreement is with Klarna and is subject to Klarna's own Consumer Terms and Privacy Policy.

Payment options

Pay in full

Pay the total at checkout using Klarna where this option is available.

Pay in 3 or 4

Split your purchase into instalments collected by Klarna on scheduled dates, subject to availability and eligibility.

Financing

Longer-term financing may be offered in eligible regions and may be subject to a separate credit agreement.

Exact Klarna products vary by country, basket value and Klarna's assessment.

Eligibility and checks

  • You must be at least the legal age of majority in your country and have a valid billing address and payment method.
  • Klarna performs checks, including soft credit searches where applicable, to determine eligibility.
  • Approval is not guaranteed. If Klarna is unavailable, please choose another payment method at checkout.

Using Klarna at checkout

  1. Select Klarna at payment.
  2. Choose your preferred Klarna option and complete the required details accurately.
  3. If approved, Klarna confirms your payment schedule and sends instructions by app or email.

Returns and refunds

Refunds for orders paid via Klarna are handled by Hipeon in line with our Returns Policy. Once we process a refund, Klarna updates your payment schedule and issues any due refunds. For partial returns, remaining instalments may be adjusted by Klarna.

Late or missed payments

Payment reminders, late fees where applicable, and collection practices are managed by Klarna under their terms. Please review Klarna's regional guidance in the Klarna Help Center.

Disputes and buyer protection

If something is not right with your order, contact us first so we can help. You can also report an issue to Klarna in the Klarna app to pause payments while it is investigated. Klarna's dispute process is separate from your statutory rights.
